What are the system requirements for a class participant?

What kind of software can be installed on your server?

On Demand Lab runs Microsoft Windows operating systems. Any software that runs on Microsoft OS can be installed.

Do you provide software licenses?

To ensure proper licensing compliance, you must provide the proper licenses. We will be happy to work with you to ensure all software is properly activated prior to the start of class.

How would software be loaded onto your server?

There are two options:

Option 1: We can start with a basic Windows image and install software applications directly using setup instructions provided to us.

Option 2: We can load a pre-configured image provided to us.

What if the number of classroom participants changes?

That is not a problem at all. On Demand Classroom is a fully scalable system. Simply modify the Classroom Details section on our website to reflect the change.

Do you provide volume pricing?

Volume pricing is available and is based on the number of rental days. In addition, a 10% discount is applied with a monthly credit card prepay option (3 month minimum rental is required).

How many classes can be run simultaneously?

Since On Demand Classroom is a fully scalable system you can run an unlimited number of classes simultaneously.

Can the software set up be tested prior to class commencement?

Yes, we can setup a PC similar to what will be used for the class. This PC will be available for testing to ensure proper configuration.

What is the recommended connectivity?

A high-speed Internet connection such as a cable modem or DSL is required.
